What does this double degree offer?
This international double degree programme allows students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism at the University of Vigo to obtain an additional qualification in Cruise Tourism Management from Hochschule Bremerhaven (Germany). It provides specialized training in one of the most dynamic sectors of international tourism and offers a unique academic and life experience in a multicultural environment.
Academic Path
Students complete the first three years of the Bachelor in Tourism at the University of Vigo. In the fourth year, they attend Hochschule Bremerhaven for one academic year (equivalent to the 3rd and 4th semesters of the German Cruise Tourism Management programme), completing around 60 ECTS, which includes coursework, applied projects, and a supervised bachelor’s thesis..
Upon successful completion, students receive:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism (University of Vigo)
- Bachelor of Arts in Cruise Tourism Management (Hochschule Bremerhaven)
Who can apply?
- UVigo Tourism students who have passed at least 120 ECTS
- Students with a minimum B2 level of English
- Selected through an internal academic and motivational evaluation process
