At the welcome ceremony, the dean welcomes the new students and introduces the members of the team and degree coordinators. He will then explain the academic organisation of the centre and the resources available to achieve the educational objectives of the different programmes. There will also be a presentation of the subjects for the first semester of the degree programmes taught at the centre. Finally, information will be provided on the tutorial action plan (PAT), the centre's internationalisation programmes, and representatives of the student delegation and/or associations will speak about issues of interest to them.
Objectives
The main objective is to welcome and facilitate the integration of new students, as well as to provide relevant information about the faculty and its services. This event aims to create a welcoming atmosphere, answer questions, and help students establish connections with the university community, as well as to present the most important activities carried out at FCETOU.

New students in the first years of BAM, Tourism, Joint Bachelor’s Degree in BAM – Computing Eng., Joint Bachelor’s Degree in BAM – Law, and Joint Bachelor’s Degree Tourism – Geography and History.
