Alberto Vaquero García has a degree in Economics and Business Administration (Public Economics) by the University of Vigo, Social Graduate by the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Economics of Education and Labour by the Carlos III University of Madrid and Doctor in Economics by the National University of Distance Education. Currently he is a professor and researcher at the Applied Economics Department of the Faculty of Business Studies and Tourism at the University of Vigo (GEN research group). He has published various research articles in indexed international and nacional journals and different book chapters. His main research topics are: Economics of education, Labour Economics, Public Economics and Regional Economics.
